How do I know which days are available?
We are available Saturdays after 2:30 pm and all day Sunday.  To see if there are any other parties booked on your day, simply click here

What is your age range?
Inflatable parties are designed for ages 4 years and older. Since the inflatables are designed for all ages, we do accept all age parties like graduation parties, block parties and company picnics.  For Taekwondo parties, we recommend ages 6 and older.

Do I need to wear socks even if I’m not planning on participate?
We require everyone to wear socks when they participate on the inflatable.

What happens if I forget my socks?
You will not be able to participate on the inflatable.

How may friends can I invite?
It depends on the package, however we can handle up to 50 people at one time.  Each package has limitations so talk to our party planner regarding minimum/maximum number of participants (please remember to count all children including siblings attending).

Can Adults participate on the inflatable obstacle course?
YES! Our inflatable is designed to handle anyone over age 3 to adult.

Do Adults need to stay with their child(ren) during the party?
No BUT remind them that they can participate and there is a lobby for them to relax in and have adult conversations with friends.

Can I bring decorations and paper products?
YES!  We recommend you bring your own decorations.  If you will order from our ONLINE PARTY STORE, enter our address and they ship it directly to us.

Does everyone have to sign a waiver?
YES! However, you may sign entire families on one waiver as long as they are related.

Can I bring my own food, drink?
YES!  Alcoholic beverages are never allowed however.

Will there be someone to help supervise the kids in the bounce area?
Yes! A ‘Birthday Attendant’ is dedicated to each party and will supervise safe play in the gym area.

What time should I arrive for my party?
You should arrive 30 minutes prior to your schedule party time. We need to collect waivers, set up decorations and discuss any rules with everyone.  We will go over the rules for the inflatable right at party time, so it is important that everyone arrive on time.  If anybody arrives after your scheduled party time, you may need to discuss the rules of the inflatable to each person.

Is there a deposit required to book a party?
We do collect a $50 non-refundable deposit when booking a party.

What should we wear to our party?
Clean Socks are required. Comfortable, loose fitting clothes are recommended. Clothes with zippers and hooks other than those at the waist are not allowed. Sweat pants or Terry Cloth type pants are much faster on the slides.

Can I leave my child or children during the party times?
Yes, however it may be a good idea to ask the host of the party if they will take responsibility for your child.
